Returns

We gladly accept returns initiated within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible for return, items must be in their original, unworn condition, including the original packaging. Please note that made-to-order and final-sale items are non-refundable.

To return an eligible item, please contact info@riverlakejewelry.com to initiate the return process and obtain authorization. If authorized, a prepaid shipping label will be provided, and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Returns must be shipped within 3 business days of receiving the return label.

Returns initiated after 10 days of receipt of your order, or shipped more than 3 business days after receiving the return label, will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny refunds for items not meeting the eligibility requirements.

Third-Party Purchases

If an item was purchased through a third-party retailer, please note that returns and refunds must be processed directly with the place of purchase. We are unable to assist with returns or refunds for items not purchased directly from our official website.

Shipping

We offer complimentary shipping on orders with a subtotal of full-price items over $300. Orders shipped from the United States are sent via United Parcel Service (UPS), while orders shipped from China are sent via DHL. Please note that RIVERLAKE is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional fees that may be incurred on international shipments.

Warranty & Repairs

Products purchased from the RIVERLAKE website or authorized stores with a valid purchase record come with a complimentary 2-month warranty. Please contact info@riverlakejewelry.com with proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item to initiate a warranty claim.
